Present position:
Head of Department for Atherosclerosis Research, Institute for Clinical and Experimental Medicine, Prague
Clinical follow up of patients with dyslipidemias, hypertension, other risk factors, including patients with ischemic heart disease, cerebrovascular and peripheral artery disease; clinical and experimental studies

Main areas of interest:
detection of preclinical atherosclerosis
impact of reproductive status on cardiovascular disease
